LiquidTrack (“the App”) is designed to help users record and monitor their daily fluid intake and build healthier hydration habits. We value and respect the privacy of our users.

1. Information We Process

LiquidTrack may process the following information to provide its core features:

  • Beverage type, amount, and consumption time entered by the user

  • Daily hydration goals and progress

  • Favorite beverage preferences

  • Reminder schedules and notification preferences

  • App settings and language preferences

This information is used to track fluid intake and provide a personalized app experience.

2. Camera and Barcode Scanning

LiquidTrack may request access to the device’s camera so users can scan barcodes on packaged beverages.

The camera is used only when the user activates the barcode-scanning feature. LiquidTrack does not record, retain, or share camera images with third parties.

Camera permission is optional. Users may continue using other supported features without granting this permission.

3. Notifications

LiquidTrack may request permission to send hydration reminders. Users can disable notifications at any time through the App or their device settings.

4. Health and Hydration Information

Hydration records, daily goals, and related preferences are provided by the user and used solely to provide the App’s tracking features.

LiquidTrack does not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or professional medical advice. Information provided by the App is intended only for general informational and personal tracking purposes. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

5. Data Storage

Hydration records, preferences, and App settings are stored locally on the user’s device.

Deleting the App or clearing its data through the device settings may permanently remove this information.

6. Data Sharing and Sale

LiquidTrack does not sell users’ personal or sensitive information.

Hydration records, camera images, and personal preferences processed by the App are not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or in response to a valid request from an authorized public authority, but only to the extent legally required.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored App data can be deleted by using any available deletion feature within the App, clearing the App’s data through the device settings, or uninstalling the App.

LiquidTrack is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
